This notice describes how Portanova Labs, LLC (“we”) treats information on portanova.io and inquiries sent to us.
What this covers
This notice covers the portanova.io landing, the Labs and Company pages, and inquiries sent to us. It does not cover product websites or checkouts. Product sites publish their own privacy and terms. Stripe is not used on this site. There is no account sign-up on portanova.io.
What we try not to do
We do not retain visitor information for marketing profiles. We do not sell personal data.
What a static landing can still produce
Host logs (IP, user agent, path, referrer, time) may exist at Vercel. Google Fonts and the Tailwind CDN may receive technical data needed to serve files.
If you write to hello@portanova.io we receive the address and content so we can reply.
Inquiries
The Labs and Company pages include forms for a readiness note, a quote request, a call request, or a company inquiry. If you submit one, we store the fields you send — name, work email, company, role, phone if you include it, the service or topic you chose, your message, any readiness answers, and optional notes on the records (the kind and volume, how long you have collected them, whether they contain personal information, and who you would like to prepare the de-identified copy) — so we can reply. We do not ask you to upload a dataset, a password, or a card number. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to build a marketing profile. On the hosted site a copy may also sit in host function logs. To ask about an inquiry you sent, email hello@portanova.io.
Scheduling
The Book a call sections use Cal.com to show open times and take bookings. When you book, Cal.com receives the name, email, and notes you enter, including the service you chose, and sends a calendar invite with a video link. Cal.com handles that information under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking so we can hold the call.
Payments
This landing does not take payment.
Children
This company site is not directed at children.
